Overview
Fusion has been working with Goodman since 2018, providing Employer's Agent and Cost Consultancy services, initially for the site infrastructure, which included estate roads, services, retention ponds, a bridge structure, and a pumping station.
Following the infrastructure works, Fusion provided Employer's Agent and Cost Consultancy services for the construction of a new 450,000 sq ft distribution warehouse for Amazon; the I-Worx, a development of 12 small starter units; and Units 4A–C and Unit 5, totaling 270,000 sq ft. The total construction cost of the project was £32 million.
